The Town of Red Cedar Site Plan Review Ordinance 2016-8 provides minimum regulations, provisions, and requirements for safe, aesthetically pleasing design and quality standards for improvements to land other than single-family or two-family residential dwellings, agricultural structures or accessory buildings. The attached Application and Submittal Checklist is required with a $400.00 fee.
