The Town of Red Cedar regulates the design and construction standards, naming, road inspection, and acceptance procedures for all Town roads proposed to be constructed in or dedicated to the Town.

A Town Road (construction) permit and $250.00 fee are required, or as indicated on the town's most recent Table of Fees.

Please see 2015-2 Town Road and Driveway Ordinance for construction design standards, specifications, and additional information.

The required Permit is attached to the ordinance or may be downloaded here.
